Premium Sushi Omakase

Fifteen courses at the counter, built to show the full range of what Kim Chu works with in a given week — otsumami, sashimi, nigiri and a modern washoku dish or two, without the beef, uni or deeper sashimi focus of the other menus. Served only at the ten-seat counter, where every course is visible as it's made.
