The experience

What the fifteen courses include.

Otsumami, sashimi and nigiri unfold alongside modern washoku dishes. Warm shari, carefully prepared fish and a measured rhythm carry the meal from one course to the next.

The exact progression changes with the season and the ingredients available that week. Each course is introduced as it is served.

Choose the ten-seat counter for the closest view of every course. The private room seats two to twelve guests — most comfortable for groups of four to eight — from our Sashimi, Seasonal and Wagyu omakase; Premium is served at the counter only. A minimum spend of 10,000,000₫ applies to private-room bookings.

The full counter may also be reserved for one private gathering.
