Sashimi, sushi and cooked courses.
Four beef courses take the place of seafood courses in this fifteen-course omakase: raw A5 Japanese beef sashimi, Miyazaki beef sushi and two cooked beef dishes. Seasonal seafood and Kasen’s signature dishes complete the meal.
The pleasure is in the contrast. Otoro nigiri beside beef sushi, for example, lets you experience both in the same meal. Served from 10:30 daily.
