A private Kasen experience
A meal to share.
Seasonal seafood from Japan and trusted local suppliers shapes a fifteen-course meal. There is no fixed menu: the chef selects each course around the ingredients available that day. Sashimi leads into sushi, followed by cooked dishes rooted in washoku.

- What's the minimum spend for the private room?
- The minimum spend is 10,000,000₫ per booking. It goes toward food and drinks, including sake; it is not an additional room fee.
- Can I order Premium in the private room or for a full buyout?
- No — Premium is served at the counter only during regular seating. Private-room and buyout bookings choose from Sashimi, Seasonal or Wagyu.
- Can two guests book the private room?
- Yes. The room seats two to twelve guests, with four to eight most comfortable. Couples can reserve it too. The same minimum spend applies. The room is upstairs, with no lift. Discuss access needs when booking.
- What does a ground floor buyout include?
- The ten-seat counter, the chef's table and the banquette side — the entire ground floor reserved for your group alone, from 38,000,000₫, based on ten guests.
