Anniversary dinner at Kasen
Kasen is a ten-seat omakase counter, open since 2018. For an anniversary dinner for two, choose the counter or the private room upstairs.
Where to sit
The counter, or a room of your own.
The chef leads the counter, and you usually watch each course prepared there.
For a quieter evening, the private room upstairs takes two to twelve guests. It has a minimum spend of 10,000,000₫ and no minimum party size, so a couple can book it. There is no lift to the upper floor.
The evening
An anniversary meal, chosen by the chef.
Entrust fifteen courses to the chef, from sashimi and sushi to cooked washoku. There is no fixed menu: the courses follow the ingredients available that day. Explore the chef-led experience.

- About one to one and a half hours for fifteen courses. There are no fixed seatings, so you choose your time from 10:30, with last arrival at 21:30.
- Can Kasen arrange flowers, a cake or a surprise?
- Write the occasion in your booking request, and the team will confirm what is possible. You can also say how much discretion you want, and Kasen will keep to it.
