Kasen is a ten-seat sushi omakase counter at 101 Lê Thị Riêng, Phường Bến Thành, District 1. Since 2018, Kim Chu has led the counter, serving a Saigonese expression of Japanese omakase: seasonal seafood, warm shari and a measured progression of fifteen courses.
